Recognized as one of the top auctioneers in the United States, Brent Graves is living his childhood dream. Growing up in rural Texas Brent spent many days at livestock auctions, estate auctions and equipment auctions. Always intrigued with the auctioneer's ability and the purest demonstration of our free enterprise system, Brent often thought about becoming a career auctioneer. As his career continued to grow he began to specialize in farm and ranch real estate auctions, specifically multi-parcel auctions. Brent was honored by the Texas Auctioneer's Association when he was chosen as the 2004 Texas State Champion Auctioneer. He currently serves on the TAA Board of Directors and has since 2006. Brent also shares his experiences with other auctioneers as an approved Continuing Education Instructor. His favorite class is entitled "Exceeding Expectations" which is his personal goal and that of our entire staff.

Ashley has a rich marketing history serving as a Marketing Director for non-profit organizations, corporations as well as auction companies. Ashley has successfully marketed events that have had attendance of over 20,000 people and millions of dollars worth of assets.

Cathy Wood serves as the Director of Administration for Alliance Auction & Realty, and has a unique attention to detail that assures smooth transactions for both buyers and sellers. For Cathy – Exceeding Expectations is not just a slogan, it’s a lifestyle.

Lanny has 9 years of estate, heavy & farm equipment, vehicles, real estate and business liquidation experience. Lanny oversees the set-up and make ready process of each auction, auction day management and load out for all Alliance Auctions.

Jerry has been in Amarillo and selling advertising for over 30 years. He also has had his auctioneer’s license since 1970. Jerry serves as a knowledgeable ringman on auction day but more importantly he understands the needs of business’s and their owners. He is a valuable asset as a Territory Manager.

Flint was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, and has worked at Pantex for over 20 years. His experience, hard work and attention to detail make Flint a neccessity on auction day. In addition, he makes sure that the auction guests and auction staff are having fun on auction day!

Bruce Gipson has a long and colorful career in law enforcement. Currently serving as parol/probation officer in Bailey and Parmer Counties, Bruce has a calming yet authoritative demeanor making him a perfect addition to the Alliance team. Bruce has served as security, load out and bid assistant for Alliance where he has always proven competent and valuable.

Christy serves as a cashier and clerk at many Alliance Auction & Realty auctions. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor greet every bidder and seller alike and assists with all transactions for our customers.
